If a relationship reading you can include partner info (Only if you want me to discuss it):

Quick Note: I will discuss your tendencies and chart mainly.

IMPORTANT NOTE 1:
I will read this note, so if you write a note that takes me 15 minutes to read, then 15 minutes of your 30 minutes will be me reading your note .. So, the bottom line is, make the note a "Quick note", for your sake.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2:
Fill this out correctly, with accurate times, etc. or I will likely not do the reading. This is meant to be easy for me and you, and there is no reason for me to email you back and forth 10 times to get this simple information.

If you fill out the wrong information I will NOT DO THE READING AGAIN. You will have to pay for the reading again.
